Steamer "Chester" Had Gone Away.
LEWES, Del., March 10. - The life-saving crew which went out-this morning to assist the Dutch tank steamer "Chester", from Amsterdam for New-York, which ran aground yesterday on Ship Shoals, did not find the steamer. She probably floated during the night. Nothing was seen of the tug "North America" which left last night to assist the "Chester".
