Captain Segebarth of the Standard Oil tanker American, which arrived yesterday from Amsterdam, reported that on May 2, off the Dutch coast he saw an aeroplane fall into the sea. A boat was lowered from the steamship and res-cued two German aviators, who were landed at one of the small ports near Flushing.
