Built as the "Mobil 1" in 1971, by Matton Shipyard of Cohes, New York (hull #339).
She measures 96(ft) long, 28(ft) wide, with a draft of 11(ft) and rated at 3,000 horsepower.
In the wake of the "Exxon Valdez" accident Mobil sought to remove the corporation's name from their tugs.
Also, around this time Mobil entered into a merger with Exxon to form Sea River Maritime.
Sea River renamed their fleets and the "Mobil 1" was renamed the "Tioga".
Sea River Maritime was later dissolved and the company's assets where sold.
After being purchased by Reinauer Transportation she was renamed the "Zachery Reinauer",
as een here and she was fitted with an upper wheelhouse.
