U-510 reported in two attacks two tankers and one freighter sunk, one freighter left burning and sinking, and one freighter damaged by a torpedo. It is not clear if one ship was hit by two torpedoes. - "Erling Brövig" had her back broken in the attack and though eventually repaired did not return to service until 1947.
