Commissioned USS Aroostook (AOG-14), 18 April 1943, at Baltimore;
Decommissioned, 18 January 1945 at Bizerte, Algeria;
Transferred to France under terms of the lend-lease program, 19 January 1945, and renamed Lac Pavin;
Sold outright to France, 21 March 1949;
Struck from the Naval Register, (date unknown);
Final Disposition, scrapped, 1953.
