"Imperial London" was sold in 1976 to Marine Salvage of Port Colborne and towed to their scrapping yard.
However she was sold to Hondurian interests and was renamed "Tegucigalpa"in 1978, but the deal collapsed
and the ship moved to Secola Shipping of Toronto in 1979, she was renamed in 1980 as "Congar", untill 1981,
for breaking up wich lasted until 1998.

Built by Collingwood in 1948 for Imperial Oil (Esso Canada) as "IMPERIAL LONDON", she became "TEGUCIGALPA" in 1978.
She was then sold in 1980 to Johnstone Shipping who renamed her "CONGAR", the second ship of the name to serve the Fleet.
She was laid up at Toronto in August 1981 and was converted to a barge later on.
