capacity of 3962 tons. It entered service in the year 1918 under the ownership of Standard Oil Co. (IN) of Whiting, IN U.S.
The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Sold to D.M. & W. Steel of Windsor for scrapping in
Canada. The photograph shows the William P. Cowan at Lorain, OH; Bow-view.
