"W.C. Fairbanks", during the war.
Built as "Harold Walker", in 1917 for Pan-American.
Sold as "W.C. Fairbanks", to Pure Oil Co., sold in 1943 to Russia as "Emba", returned to US Navy as "Banshee".
Renamed again as "W.C. Fairbanks" in 1946 for US Government.
Scrapped in Shanghai in 1948.
