Deze bulkcarrier, die sinds 1987 miljoenen tonnen ijzererts voor de Duitse industrie naar Rotterdam heeft vervoerd, ligt momenteel in het Calandkanaal. Daar wordt het schip gedeeltelijk gestript waarna op 29 mei de laatste reis naar Chittagong zal beginnen voor de sloop. Triest gezicht !

This bulker, which carried millions of tons Iron Ore for the German industry to Rotterdam since 1987 is now berthed at the Calandcanal. She's being stripped of all valuables whereupon on May 29th. her fi-nal journey to Chittagong will commence where she'll be demolished. Sad sight !
