Client: The British Petroleum Company, Ltd. Londen , Engeland.
The stern was launched on 24-2-1973. At 10:00 Mrs. J.D. Duckworth pushed on the button for the signal to launch.
The bow followed, also from way 2/3, on 12-5-1973, and this was done by pressing the button by Mrs. Parry, wife of Mr. P. H. Parry B.P. Field Office.
On 9-7-1973 the christening was performed by Lady Drake, wife of Sir Henry Drake, chairman of the British Petroleum Company.
Ellen Dijkman had the honor to act as flower girl.
The delivery took place on 15-10-1973.
The stern under construction. As a detail, the crane left, crane 13, is the only surviving crane, after the yard was closed.
