MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1944 Completed for U.S. War Shipping Administration, San Francisco, USA, chartered to Deconhill Shipping Co. for operation.
MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1946 Returned to the Maritime Commission in March for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet, Mobile, AL.
AO-111 MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1947 Acquired by the US Navy, 18 November. Assigned to the Naval Transportation Service (NOTS), and placed in service as Mission Buenaventura (AO-111).
T-AO-111 MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1949 Operational control assigned to the Military Sea Transportation Service (MSTS), 1 October and placed in service as USNS Mission Buenaventura (T-AO-111).
T-AO-111 MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1960 Placed out of service, and struck from the Naval Register, 4 April. Transferred to the Maritime Administration for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet, Mobile, AL.
T-AO-111 MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1961 Reacquired by the US Navy, and assigned to MSTS control, 10 November or charter to Mathiasen's Tanker Industries Inc., for operations.
T-AO-111 MISSION BUENAVENTURA-1972 Placed out of service and struck from the Naval Register, 31 March. Transferred to the Maritime Administration for lay up the US National Defense Reserve Fleet, James River Group, Lee Hall, VA.
