Acquired by the Navy and Commissioned USS Escalante (AO-70), 30 January 1943;
Decommissioned, 12 December 1945 at San Francisco, CA.;
Struck from the Naval Register, (date unknown);
Final disposition, transferred to the Maritime Commission for disposal, fate unknown.
