"Wabasha (3)", was build in 1959 by Mitsubushi Zosen, Nagasaki, Japan, powered by a Misubushi turbine of 17600 HP.
As "Wabashi (3)", she was owned by Nocos Tankers Incorparated, Panama, and traded as a conventional oil tanker,
until 1969 when she was converted at Horten, Norway, from a 44,847 DWT conventional oil tanker into an oil/coal
carrier.
She was laid up at Labuan, Indonesia, from May to July 1976 when the coal contract expired.
Resumed trading July 1976 in oil only.
Delivere to scrap at Kaoshiung, Taiwan, in June 1978.
