"Azarpad" on Fire
Fire on the VLCC “Azarpad”. The VLCC is in the fire and smoke to the right. She is lying next to the ULCC “Klelia”, which is lying to the
left and has the funnel with two stripes and the “LH” logo of Loucas Haji-Ioannou (Troodos Shipping & Trading). on August 12th, 1986.
Result 16 dead and the “Azarpad” was heavily damaged and partly sank. She was cut in two and towed to demolition.
