Sailed for the US Navy un til 1919. Sold in 1927 as "Caliche" to the Anglo-Chilean Consolidated Nitrate Corp.
1927 Re-engined  1M (10 kn). Sailed from 1936 untill 1943 for American Petroleum Transport Corp.
Sailed from 1944 as "Donbass" for the U. S. S. R.  (bareboat charter from U. S.  War Shipping Administration).
Transferred in 1944 to the US Navy Dept.
Sunk as a bombing target 1947.
